Kay F. Stiner, 81, of LeContes Mills, died on Monday, June 19, 2017 at UPMC Altoona.

She was born on October 29, 1935 in Woodland, a daughter of the late Arnold and Bessie (Lansberry) Lytle.

Mrs. Stiner was a homemaker and volunteered with Clearfield Hospice and CCAAA. She was a salesperson with Timberline Furniture and a lifetime member of the Susquehanna C.B. Club and T.O.P.S. In her spare time, she enjoyed crafting, painting, crocheting and canning vegetables.
She was a member of Clearfield Church of Christ, Flegal Road.

She is survived by four children, Raymond L. Stiner and wife Gail of LeContes Mills, Joyce Maddas and husband James of Lakeland, FL, Jane Geiselhart and husband Craig of LeContes Mills and James Stiner of LeContes Mills; eleven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren; a son-in-law, Raymond 'Joe' Jackson of Clearfield; a niece whom she raised, Phyllis Bloom of Morrisdale; four sisters, Levoy Barger of Clearfield, Dorothy Shoffner of Morrisdale, Rosalie Buck of Clearfield and Rosella Martin; and a dear friend, Franklin Clark of Olanta.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Von C. Stiner on November 15, 2006 and whom she wed June 11, 1952. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Janice Jackson; two sisters, Esther Knee and Norma Milligan; and two brothers, Lee and Bernard Lytle.

Funeral services will be held at the Kevin A Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Friday at 11 AM with Brother Malcolm Kniffen officiating. Interment will follow in the Gillingham Cemetery, Frenchville.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from 4-8 PM and Friday from 10-11 AM.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made payable to Here's LIFE Community Based Organization and sent to Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, 113 North Third Street, Clearfield, PA 16830 so that the donation may be mailed to the orphanage organization in Africa.
