Obituary for Aletha M. Little (Shoemaker)
Aletha M. Little, 92, of Clearfield died on Friday, September 22, 2017 at Penn Highlands DuBois.
She was born on May 8, 1925 in Harrisville, a daughter of the late Peter and Nellie (McCamey) Shoemaker.
Mrs. Little was employed by Piper Aircraft, retiring in 1980. She was a former social member of Frenchville VFW and the Mosquito Creek Sportsmen's Club.
She is survived by two sons, Terry Little and Richard Little, two granddaughters, Jessica and Jennifer; and a sister, Lauretta Sparks.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Richard Little in 1967; two sisters, Winona Funk and Lois Martin; and a brother, Robert Shoemaker.
Funeral services will be held at the Kevin A Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Wednesday at 11:00 am with Rev. Kenneth Leonard officiating. Interment will be in the Keewaydin Cemetery, Frenchville.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 9-11 AM.
