Carolyn Beebe "Bea" Kovall (Wright)
Carolyn Beebe (Bea) Kovall, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 12th, 2017. She passed away at UPMC Pinnacle Hospital in Harrisburg.

Born January 24th, 1932 in Burnside, PA, she was the daughter of Horace Clinton and Jesse Garnet (Rummel) Wright; she was next to the youngest of 15 children.

Bea graduated from Mahaffey High School, Class of 1950. Immediately upon graduation, she began working at the former Dumont Airplane and Marine Company in Hyde, PA. She was also employed as a seamstress at the former McGregor Sportswear Factory for many years until their closing. She retired as an assistant manager and night manager at Best Western Motor Lodge, Clearfield.

Bea was a member of Saint Francis Roman Catholic Church in Clearfield. She belonged to the Amalgamated Clothing and Textile Workers Union Local 118C, and she was a former member of the Democratic Club.

Bea's greatest joy in life was her family -- Nothing mattered more. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. She looked forward to and cherished every moment shared. She leaves a legacy of treasured memories, which her family will lovingly embrace forever.

She leaves behind her children Kemberly (Scott) Duckett and Steve (Brenda) Koval of Clearfield; and Barbara (Lewis) Rowles of Curwensville. Grandchildren Shannon (Kurt) Hepfer, Eric Koval, Tim (Amy) Duckett, all of Clearfield. Tiffanie Erin (Joe) Cortazzo of State College, and Todd (Ashlee) Duckett of Osceola Mills. Great Grandchildren Austin and Maddy Duckett, Adelyn Koval, Avery and Baylee Cortazzo, and Hayes Hepfer.

Also surviving are two sisters, Margery Venoy Lee of Clearfield and Peggy Passmore of Johnstown. She was preceded in death by her parents, six brothers Stanley, Ross, Harold, Robert, Henry, and John Wright, and six sisters Twila Narehood, Della Cerwinsky, Wilma Pearce, Laura Kitchen, Florence Bracken, and Jeanne Duclose.

All services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery, Clearfield.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 26 South Second Street, Clearfield, PA 16830.
