Donna J. Hynds, 78, of Curwensville died on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at the Ridgeview Elder Care and Rehabilitation Center, Curwensville.

She was born on October 2, 1939 in Butler, a daughter of the late Hannah Ruth Gattola.

Mrs. Hynds was a home health care giver for most of her life. In her spare time, she was an avid reader.

She was the beloved mother of Todd Hynds and wife Nancy of Zanesville, OH, Daniel Ryan Hynds of York, and Shannon Kichi and husband Karl of Clearfield; loving grandmother of Christi Kirk Jr., Ryan Victoria Hynds, and Samantha G. Hynds; adoring great grandmother of Karsen Kirk; and caring sister of Aileen 'Fay' Bish of Brockway.

At her request, there will be no public viewing.
