Perry A. Fetcenko , 53

of West Decatur passed peacefully surrounded by his loving wife, mother and children on Monday, April 4, 2016 at the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

He was born on September 23, 1962 in West Decatur, a son of Frances (Leone) Fetcenko with whom he lived and the late John Fetcenko.

Perry was a master mechanic having first been employed by Ken Long Motors and then Fred Diehl Motors. He enjoyed life and was always the comedian. In his spare time he would fish, garden and tinker with anything he could take apart. He cherished the time he spent camping with his son and riding the four wheeler to the creek. He loved his dog, Precious but more than anything, he deeply loved his grandchildren.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Jeanne (Stone) Fetcenko whom he wed June 26, 1982 in Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Philipsburg; two children, Andrew Fetcenko and wife Brianna of West Decatur and Amanda Kelly and husband Shane of Osceola Mills; three grandchildren, Riley Fetcenko, Ryen Fetcenko and Colton Kelly; and an aunt who helped raise him, Mildred Fetcenko of West Decatur.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, John Fetcenko Sr. and Marion Fetcenko.

Funeral services will be held at the Kevin A Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Friday at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery, Clearfield.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm and on Friday from 9-10 am..

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 400 S. Fourth St., Philipsburg.
