Condolence: All my love to all of the Royer Ladies and their families. I remember when I met Mr. Royer for the first time. He didn't know what to make of me. He was skeptical of the friend that Nikki brought home from college. I was fondly known as Nikki's friend from the city or the "City Slicker." He asked me a few questions then went back to doing his work. I thought that maybe he didn't like me because I was so different. I wore him down in time when he saw that I was a genuine friend to his daughter. He was a fine man. I remember when Todd and Nikki got married and he told me that I was going to ride in the hay wagon. That surely got a chuckle out of him...the "city slicker" in a hay wagon! He definitely sparkled that day! He will never be forgotten. I hope and pray that your memories give you peace and comfort in such a difficult time. Rest in Peace, Mr. Royer. Godspeed!

Life after life is toughest for those of us missing our loved one, even if we rejoice that he is with Jesus in heaven, grappling with such mysterious love doesn't ease our sadness... so please accept my sending you hugs, love & prayers since I can not be with you in person. I definitely will be carrying you all in my heart this week and in those to come. Love you all. Sister Tina.
