Condolences

Condolence From: Sam and Laura Carns
Condolence: Sam grew up in Clearfield at First Baptist Church where Mrs. Roseberry was a Sunday School teacher and long-time member. Eventually Sam moved away for secular college and then seminary. Every time we visited Sam's parents in CLearfield from the state of Indiana, we made sure to stop by Mrs. Roseberry's home to say hello. She always gave us a homemade crocheted item and a $10 or a $20 bill. She adopted Sam as "her son in the ministry". Once we got to Bible College, she sent us $20 in the mail every month for four years. When we moved to pastor a church, she continued to send the $20 gift for several more years, as long as she was on her own. We saved most of that money for all those years which went to our only child's first year of college. What a sweet Christian and a generous one was Jeanette Roseberry!

Condolence: My Dear Jean, I can't believe that you are gone. Without any doubt God certainly gained another Angel today. Fly high and continue to watch over us and protect us. You will be missed by both me and my Mother. Thank you for taking me under your wing and teaching me many of life's lessons. You were like another Grandma to me and another Mother to my Mom. I will truly miss our visits. As you meant the world to me. You were a blessing to so many. You are now re-united with Ray and some of your children. Rest in peace dear friend until we meet again. I will cherish the memories I have of you.
