It allows family and friends a place to re-visit, interact with each other, share and enhance this tribute for future generations. Jack was known throughout Renovo in the 1950’s & 1960’s as a friend to everyone when he pastored the Assembly of God Church in Hammersley Fork. He radiated his love for God and his desire for others to to have a personal relationship with Christ wherever he went. In the community he always had a handshake and a smile as broad as the sky for everyone he met. As a bus driver for the local schools many kids knew Jack for his sense of humor and compassionate spirit. His ministry made an impact on the Renovo area that remains to this day. Though I saw little of him in the past number of years I always knew that he was my friend. His influence passed down to his daughter, Sharon, and consequently to me is much of the reason that I am who I am today.
