She was born on September 23, 1957 in Hammond, IN, a daughter of the late Richard and Diane (Slater) Kilar.

Mary had most recently been employed at PMG Pennsylvania Group, Philipsburg. She had previously worked at Berg Electronics for 18 years. Mary was talented at Stampin' Up, a homemade card-making hobby. She was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield and in her spare time, she enjoyed to read.

She is survived by her husband, Michael C. Bumbarger; three children, Arianne Stojkovic and husband Matthew of Richmond, TX, Elizabeth Segraves and husband Anthony of Williamsport, and Michael Bumbarger II and wife Kayleigh of River Ridge, LA; and five grandchildren and one 'soon-to-be' grandchild. Mary was the oldest of three brothers and three sisters, all of whom survive; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian burial will be said at the St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield on Tuesday at 10:30 AM with Fr. Brandon M. Kleckner as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Bigler Cemetery.

Military honors will be accorded at cemetery by the Clearfield VFW and American Legion Honor Guard.

Friends will be received at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home on Monday from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM and on Tuesday from 9:30-10 AM.

At the funeral home on Monday, the Rosary will be recited at 5:45 PM and the Christian Vigil service will be held at 7:45 PM.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to St. Francis Educational Endowment Fund, 212 South Front Street, Clearfield, PA 16830 or to the Rheumatoid Arthritis Foundation, 1355 Peachtree St NE, Suite 600, Atlanta, GA 30309.
