Dolly E. Hand, 83, of Clearfield died on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at the Mountain Laurel Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Clearfield.

She was born on July 10, 1934 in Clearfield, a daughter of the late Albert and Mable (Passmore) Smeal.

She was a member of Centre Grove United Methodist Church, Clearfield and in her spare time, Mrs. Hand loved to bowl.

Mrs. Hand is survived by her husband, Harry W. 'Bill' Hand; three children, William Hand and wife V. Gail of Clearfield, Kenny Hand of Clearfield, and April Davis of Punta Gorda, FL; six grandchildren, Brent Hand and wife Samantha, Billie Jo Hand, Eric Hand, Danielle Davis, Samantha Davis, and Morgan Davis; and five great grandchildren, Lindsay, Justin, Lydia, Gunnar, and Hunter.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary McLaughlin and Alice Litz; and two brothers, Sam and Ernie Smeal.

A memorial service will be held at Centre Grove United Methodist Church, Clearfield on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at 4 PM. Friends will be received at the church from 3 PM until the time of service at 4 PM.

Burial will be in the Centre Cemetery, Hyde.

The Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield is in charge of arrangements.
