William C. Putt, 66, of Hyde died at his residence.

He was born on November 24, 1952 in Clearfield, a son of the late Cecil and Eleanor (Jones) Putt.

William enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He was a past member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie No. 812, and Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks Lodge #540, Clearfield.

He is survived by his brother, Larry A. Putt and wife Peggy of Clearfield, numerous aunts and uncles, numerous nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Eleanor Putt.

A memorial service will be held at the Kevin A Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield, on Saturday February 9, 2019 at 1 P.M. with Rev. Kenneth J. Leonard officiating.
