Alan T. McBride, 62, of Clearfield passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2023
He was born on November 10, 1961 in Philipsburg, a son of the late Patrick A. and late Dorothy 'Dottie' (Hull) McBride.
Alan was employed as a miner and welder.
He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Clearfield.
Mr. McBride served with the U. S. National Guard.
He is survived by his sister, Tamara McQuillen of Clearfield; two brothers, Edward J. McBride and wife Tammy of Clearfield, and P. Ryan McBride and wife Diane of Clearfield; and numerous nieces and nephews who he loved dearly.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant sister, Robin McBride; three nephews, Adam McBride, Jason McBride, and Tyler Kirby; and a brother-in-law, Clyde McQuillen Jr.
Funeral services will be held at the Beardsley Funeral Home and Crematory, Clearfield on Friday, December 22, 2023 at 3 PM with Rev. Robert J. Way officiating.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 2-3 PM.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) at donate.nami.org or to the Clearfield Jefferson Suicide Prevention Team, c/o Windy Lopez, 110 E. Market St., Clearfield, PA 16830.
