Albert L. Dinsmore , 94

of Clearfield died on Friday, July 11, 2014.

He was born on December 5, 1919 in Pine Creek, a son of the late Robert and Rebecca (Dobson) Dinsmore.

Albert retired from Sky Haven Coal Co. after many years of employment.
A veteran of the US Army, he served during WWII.
He was an avid hunter.

He is survived by three daughters, Linda Patterson of Lakeland, FL, Jo-Ann Demchak and companion Sonnie Gearhart of Reynoldsville, and Tina Chamberlain and husband Chuck of Rock Falls, IL; five grandchildren, Shannon Dowell, Shane Lechler, Avery Vardaman, Tiffany Lechler and Jennifer Patterson; six great-grandchildren, Ronie Gaskin, Paige and Taylor Dowell, Camden, Madison and Boston Lechler.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife Edith Pauline (Leigey) Dinsmore on November 20, 1960; his second wife, Jacquelene L. (Leigey) Waple Dinsmore on April 15, 1998 and whom he wed August 24, 1963; an infant daughter; a great-granddaughter, Camryn Dowell; two sisters, Mary Murray and Florence Dinsmore and a son-in-law, Ronald Patterson.

Graveside services will be held at the Centre Cemetery, Hyde on Wednesday at 11:00 am with Rev. Kenneth J. Leonard officiating. Interment will follow in the cemetery.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to charity of one''s choice.
