Amy L. Duckett, 36
of Clearfield died on Thursday, July 1, 2010 at the Altoona Regional Trauma Center.
She was born on December 30, 1973 in Dearborn, MI, a daughter of Karen (Brunett) Parker of Florida and the late Ed Parker.
Mrs. Duckett was employed by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation as a Highway Construction Inspector.
She was a member of the American Bikers Aimed Toward Education (ABATE).
She served with the US Navy during Operation Desert Storm and Operation Desert Shield.
She is survived by her husband, Cory Duckett whom she wed February 25, 2005 in Las Vegas, NV
a daughter, Rae Edy Duckett at home,
a sister and brother, Jodi Bilak and husband Rob of Garden City, MI, Ryan Parker of Garden City, MI,
her paternal grandmother, Juanita Hibdon of TN
and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother Margaret O'Brien and her maternal grandfather David Brunett.
Friends will be received at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Monday from 5-8:00 PM.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Rae Edy Duckett Trust Fund, in care of the First Commonwealth Bank, 14303 Clearfield Shawville Highway, Clearfield.
