Anita Jeanne Williams

of Wrigley Street, Clearfield died on Thursday, April 8, 2004 at her residence.

She was born on August 16, 1925 in Clearfield, a daughter of the late Ladislaus and Valeria (Dimmick) Czarnecki.

She was a member of the St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield, the Rosary and Altar Society of the church, the Catholic Daughters of America Court #498 and was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Sylvan K. Williams on November 14, 1987, brothers Edward, John, Henry and Robert Czarnecki and sisters Evelyn Verbeke and Josephine Zoltoski.

Mass of Christian Burial will be said at St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield on Monday, April 19, 2004 at 10:00 A.M. with Msgr. H. Desmond McGee, Jr. as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery, Clearfield.

At the request of Mrs. Williams, there will be no public visitation.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Saint Francis Educational Endowment Fund, 212 South Front Street, Clearfield or to the charity of one's choice.

The Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield is in charge of the arrangements.
