Anne Agnes Loielo, 78, of Clearfield passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at her home.
Anne was born on December 5, 1942, a daughter of the late Aloysius “Ollie” and Lucy (Renoe) Vallimont formerly of Clearfield.
Anne graduated from St. Francis High School, Clearfield before completing her Bachelor’s Degree from Holy Family College in Philadelphia. Anne was an elementary school teacher in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia school district before moving back to Clearfield in 1988. Anne enjoyed working with children and taught CCD at St. Francis.
A devout Catholic, Anne enjoyed the simpler things in life - reading, writing, and taking long walks. Anne also had a thirst for knowledge, which in her later years, turned towards studying the law. Anne’s other hobbies included swimming, rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles, and spending time at State College.
Anne will be missed by her children, Lisa (Shad) and Dan; her grandchildren, Austin and Gianna, her siblings, Louis (late Pamela), John (Diane), Helen (late Robert), and Clare (Ronald); and 13 nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Clearfield on Saturday, April 24 at 1:30 PM. Internment will follow in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Frenchville.
