Ariane Dawn Beck, 36, of Clearfield died on Thursday, December 17, 2015.
She was born on March 8, 1979 in DuBois, a daughter of Charles and Dawn (Stiffler) Beck of Clearfield.
Ariane graduated in 1997 from Clearfield High School where she lettered in volleyball and diving, was a head majorette, and also participated in band, orchestra and chorus. She then attended Clarion University and Penn State DuBois. She loved to camp, bake, cook and being around animals. She had attended the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, Clearfield.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughters, Kendrah Beck and Tayah Rees, both of Clearfield; two brothers, James Stiffler of NC and Michael Beck Sr. and wife Stephanie of Clearfield; a sister, Aimee Cartwright and husband William of Clearfield; four nephews, Derek Cartwright and wife Ashley of Curwensville, Billy Cartwright, Darin Beck and Michael Beck, Jr., all of Clearfield; two uncles, William Stiffler and wife Angela of VA and Charles Warnacutt of AZ; a longtime companion, Clayton Shadeck of Clearfield; and numerous cousins.
She was preceded in death by a baby sister; her maternal grandparents, William and Dolly Stiffler; and her paternal grandparents, Harold and Louise Beck.
Funeral services will be held at the Kevin A Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Tuesday at 11 AM with Dr. Duane A. White officiating. Interment will follow in the Mount Joy Cemetery, Clearfield.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM and on Tuesday from 10-11 AM.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, 113 North Third Street, Clearfield, PA 16830.
