Arthur Kline Redden, 99, of Mahaffey died on Monday, September 23, 2024 at Colonial Courtyard, Clearfield.
He was born on February 8, 1925 in Greenwood Twp, a son of the late Raymond and Eva (Barrett) Redden.
Mr. Redden worked as an inspector for PennDOT for many years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of Bells Landing Baptist Church. Mr. Redden served with the U. S. Navy during World War II.
He is survived by three children, Diane Petracca and late husband Franks of Curwensville, Dennis Kline Redden and wife Ellen of Fishers, IN, and Kevin Edwin Redden of Harrisburg; five grandchildren, April Rachelle Maines, Ashley Danielle Petracca, James Redden, Tracy Redden, and Heather Brennamen; two great grandchildren, Brian Scott Maines and Casey Michael Maines; two great great grandchildren, Grace Carolyn Maines and Avery Maines; and a sister, Darlene Hauch.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sylva Jean (Dale) Redden; and a brother, James 'Jim' Redden.
Funeral services will be held at the Beardsley Funeral Home and Crematory, Clearfield on Friday at 1 PM with Rev. Brenda Libreatori officiating. Interment will be in the Watts Cemetery, Mahaffey.
Military honors will be accorded at the funeral home.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 11 AM - 1 PM.
