Beulah R. McDonald, 84, passed away on Friday, December 6, 2024, at Christ the King Manor, DuBois.

She was born June 6, 1940, in Curwensville, the daughter of the late J. Dorsey and Rhoda (Peters) Neeper.

Mrs. McDonald worked as a secretary at various places in the area. She was a 1958 graduate of Curwensville High School, and was very involved with organizing class reunions. Her legacy will be her love for her family and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed playing the guitar and listening to bluegrass music. She will be dearly missed.

Mrs. McDonald is survived by her husband, John McDonald whom she wed on October 24, 1959; three children, Sandra Osisek and husband Rick, John McDonald and wife Letta, and Dan McDonald and wife Penny; six grandchildren, Curtis, Brian, Shannon, Leanna, Gregg, and Meredith; many great grandchildren; four brothers, LeRoy Neeper and wife Nancy, Doylin Neeper, Wayne Neeper and wife Pat, and Wilbur Neeper and wife Jean; and one sister, Marion Shimmel.

She is preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Blair, Allen, and Oscar Neeper; and two sisters, Leota Johns and Eva Mae DuFour.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday December 10, 2024 at 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church, Curwensville with Pastor Dan Osterhout officiating. 

Friends and family will be welcomed at the First Baptist Church, Cuwensville Monday December 9, 2024 from 4-7 PM and again at the church on Tuesday December 10, 2024 from 10-11 AM

Interment will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery, Curwensville.
