Carl Luzier

Carl A. Luzier, 65, of Clearfield died on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at his home.

He was born on May 22, 1957 in Clearfield, a son of the late Carl J. and Edna (Dixon) Luzier.

Carl was a graduate of Clearfield High School, class of 1975 and had been employed in retail sales. He thoroughly enjoyed reading and will be remembered for his sense of humor.
He was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Philipsburg.

He is survived by his wife, Catherine (Leonard) Luzier whom he wed on October 5, 1996; three children, Marshall A. Luzier and wife Jennifer of Clearfield, Stephanie Eldridge and husband Gerard of Clearfield, and Kristen Luzier and partner Trever Snyder of Clearfield; seven grandchildren; three step grandchildren; a sister, Rhennae Martell and husband Steve of Clearfield; a step son, Michael Gearhart and partner Megan Watlak; a step brother, Phil Whitesell; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step father, Kenneth Whitesell; his first wife, Cindy Luzier; his twin sister, Dixie Luzier; and his sister, Amanda Shepler.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will follow in the Wood Cemetery, Grampian.
