Carole L. Pry, 81, of Mineral Springs passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2022 at the Penn Highlands DuBois.
She was born on March 18, 1941 in Mineral Springs, a daughter of the late Merle and Bernice Wisor.
Carole enjoyed reading and was a homemaker. She loved to spend time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also liked taking care of all the children in the family and treated them as her own.
Mrs. Pry was a member of the Mineral Springs Bible Tabernacle where she taught Sunday School for a number of years.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth R. Pry whom she wed August 12, 1961; three children, Kendrea Jury and husband Ron, Cindy Puit and husband Randy, and Nathan Pry and wife Stacey; seven grandchildren, Kurtis Jury and wife Alyson, Adam Jury and wife Briana, Anthony Jury and wife Ricki Jury, Jordan Crock and husband Tyler, Logan Puit, Ethan Pry, and Emily Pry; several great-grandchildren; three sisters, Hope Casher, Crystal Wisor, and Beth Ann English and husband Brady; a brother, Barry Wisor and wife Bonnie; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Matthew Pry; three brothers, Herman Wisor, Patrick Wisor, and Hershel 'Ted' Wisor; and a sister, Ruby Lytle.
Funeral services will be held at the Beardsley Funeral Home and Crematory, Clearfield on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 1 PM with Pastor Michael Knepp officiating. Interment will follow in the Stoneville Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from 10 AM - 1 PM.
