Catherine Lumadue

Catherine C. Lumadue, 83, of Clearfield, and formerly of West Decatur, died on Monday, February 22, 2010 at Clearfield Hospital.
She was born on May 27, 1926 in West Decatur, a daughter of the late Joseph H. and Roxie (Shimmel) Fleck.
Mrs. Lumadue was a homemaker.
She was a member of the Salem United Methodist Church, West Decatur.
She is survived by a daughter, Betty Slother of Philipsburg; six grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; a sister, Esther Shaw of Curwensville;
and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin H. Lumadue on November 22, 1999 and whom she wed November 23, 1941 in Brisbin, a daughter Bernice Caber, six brothers Charles, Donald, Raymond, Weldon, Calvin and Duane Fleck, and a sister Vivian Parks.
Funeral services will be held at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Thursday at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Emmett Anderson officiating. Interment will be in the Crown Crest Memorial Park, Hyde.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from 9-11 AM.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to American Heart Association, 501 Howard Avenue, Building D, Suite 101, Altoona PA 16601.
