Charles N. Natoli, 74
of 131 West Sixth Avenue, Clearfield died on Sunday, December 22, 2002 at Clearfield Hospital.
He was born on August 4, 1928 in Clearfield, PA, a son of the late Joseph C. and Anna E. (Sansone) Natoli.
Mr. Natoli had been employed by The Progress since 1942 and was currently the Assistant Publisher in charge of production.
He was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church, the Clearfield Knights of Columbus, the PA Newspaper Publishing Association Board and was a former board member of the Clearfield County Area Agency on Aging.
He served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict and was a member of the Clearfield American Legion John Lewis Shade Post #6.
He is survived by his former spouse,

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Lisa Jean Natoli, a son Timothy J. Natoli, a brother John A. Natoli and an infant sister.
Mass of Christian Burial will be said at St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield on Friday at 10:00 A.M. with Msgr. H. Desmond McGee, Jr. as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery, Clearfield.
Friends will be received at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Thursday from
2-4 and 7-9:00 PM.
On Thursday at the funeral home, a Christian Vigil Service will be held at 3:45 PM and the members of the Knights of Columbus will recite a decade of the rosary at 6:45 PM.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Saint Francis Educational Endowment Fund, 212 South Front Street, Clearfield or the American Cancer Society, 119 East Market Street, Clearfield.
