Colleen Jane Evans, 48, of Clearfield died on Sunday, October 24, 2010 at Clearfield Hospital.
She was born on August 26, 1962 in Johnstown, a daughter of Janet (Hutchison) Watson of DuBois and the late Robert E. Watson.
Mrs. Evans was employed as a cafeteria worker at Clearfield Area High School and as a dietary aid at Mountain Laurel Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Clearfield.
She was a member of The Presbyterian Church, Clearfield where she served as a deacon.
She is survived by two children, Henry and Melissa Evans of Clearfield; two sisters, Kathleen Scott of DuBois
and Rev. Kristine Hileman and husband Rev. Douglas of Quarryville and and two nieces and two nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father Robert E. Watson.
Funeral services will be held at The Presbyterian Church, Clearfield on Friday at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. J. Robert Mellgard officiating. Interment will be in the Morningside Cemetery, DuBois.
Friends will be received at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. and at the church on Friday from 10 AM until the hour of services.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to The Presbyterian Church, 119 North Second Street, Clearfield.
