He was preceded in death by his maternal great grandfather LeRoy Scott Hoffman and his paternal great grandfather Clarence Hooven.

There will be no visitation and funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Lighthouse Evangelical Church, Route 970, West Decatur, PA 16878.
