Dennis Green, 55, of Clearfield died on Monday, May 20, 2019 at his residence.
He was born on February 25, 1964 in Clearfield, a son of the late David and Constance (Casher) Green.
Dennis worked at the Walmart Distribution Center for almost 20 years.
He is survived by his two brothers, David Green and wife Cindy of Tucson, AZ, and Joe Casher and wife Marlene Casher of Woodland; a sister, Barb Green of MD; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service will be held at the Beardsley Funeral Home and Crematory, Clearfield on Tuesday at 11 AM with Pastor W. Lee Casher officiating.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 10 AM until the time of services.
