Diane E. Lance, 77, of Clearfield died on Thursday, January 3, 2013 at the Clearfield Hospital.
She was born on April 9, 1935 in Tonawanda, NY, a daughter of the late Benjamin and Eleanor Howland.
She is survived by two children David Lance and wife June of Clearfield and Judith Hogan of North Tonawanda, NY; four grandchildren Roseanna D. and John W. Lance, Robert Hogan and wife Heather and Daniel Hogan; two great grandsons Charlie and Dawson; a sister Helen Frazier and husband William of FL; and a brother Donald Howland and wife Dorothy of Amherst, NY.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley O. Lance on December 25, 1988; and two brothers Benjamin and Jim Howland.
A graveside service will be held at the White Chapel Memorial Park, Amherst, NY on Tuesday at 11 AM with Pastor Michael Polzella officiating.
Friends will be received at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Monday from 5-7 PM.
