Elias Christopher Mencer was born directly into the hands of God on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at Penn Highlands Clearfield.
He was the son of the Daniel Lee and Alesia Nicole (Bressler) Mencer of Clearfield.
A memorial service will be held at the Beardsley Funeral Home and Crematory, Clearfield on Wednesday at 6 PM with Pastor Clint Goss officiating.
Beardsley Funeral home and Crematory, Clearfield is in charge of arrangements.
