Eva M. Teats, 84
most recently of Ridgeview Elder Care Rehabilitation Center, Curwensville and formerly of Clearfield died on Tuesday, April 13, 2004 at the center.
She was born on May 30, 1919 in Hyde, a daughter of the late Bruce and Fannie (Brown) Heitsenrether.
Mrs. Teats retired from the Clearfield Middle School Cafeteria and was previously employed by the former McGregors Sportswear, the former Dumont Airplane and Marine Company and the former Kents Sportswear.
She was a member of the Hyde Volunteer Fire Company Auxiliary and in her earlier years attended Centre Grove United Methodist Church, Hyde.
She is survived by five children,

Pamela A. Bracken Clearfield
12 grandchildren,
Diana, Dennis, Mona, Brion, Randy, Jeffrey, Richard, Daniel, Patrick, Leslie, Natalie and Bradley
and several great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ira Hoover Teats on April 24, 1962
her companion Rayburn 'Babe' Williams, infant twin sons Dennis and Douglas Teats, son-in-law Larry J. Bracken, an infant brother and a sister Thelma Clarke.
Funeral services will be held at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Friday at Noon with Pastor William Pennington officiating. Interment will follow in the Centre Cemetery, Hyde.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from10 AM-Noon.
