Frances N. Mann, 89, of Clearfield died on Monday, July 12, 2010 at Mountain Laurel Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Clearfield.
She was born on January 26, 1921 in Philipsburg, a daughter of the late Dennis and Lucy (Williams) Nolan.
Mrs. Mann retired from Central Intermediate Unit #10 where she was employed since its inception.
She was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield the rosary and altar society of the church and the Coderie Club.
She is survived by her husband, Donald J. Mann, whom she wed November 22, 1947 in St. Francis Catholic Church
and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Nora and two brothers, John and Lawrence .
Mass of Christian Burial will be said at St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield on Thursday at 10:30 A.M. with Msgr. Henry L. Krebs as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery, Clearfield.
Friends will be received at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Wednesday from 5-8:00 PM.
A Christian Vigil Service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 4:45 PM.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Saint Francis Educational Endowment Fund, 212 South Front Street, Clearfield or to the charity of one's choice.
