Francis E. "Frank" Danver, 88
of Clearfield died on Sunday, February 9, 2003 at Clearfield Hospital.
He was born on September 9, 1914 in Bells Landing, a son of the late Lewis E. and Catherine E. (Rafferty) Danver.
Mr. Danver retired from the former Harbison Walker Refractories.
He was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield and was active with the 4-H Horse and Pony Club.
He is survived by six sisters and a brother,

James Danver all of Clearfield
and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers in law Robert Coons, Elry Taylor and Dwight Duttry, his sister in law Amy Danver, two nephews, two grand nephews and a grand niece.
Mass of Christian Burial will be said at the St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield on Wednesday at 10:00 A.M. with Msgr. H. Desmond McGee, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery, Clearfield.
Friends will be received at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Tuesday from
2-4:00 & 7-9:00 PM and on Wednesday from 9-9:30 AM.
On Tuesday at the funeral home the rosary will be recited at 6:30 PM and a Christian Vigil Service will be at 8:45 PM.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Saint Francis Educational Endowment Fund, 212 South Front Street, Clearfield PA or to the charity of one's choice
