Francis 'Frank' James Pallo Jr., 54, of Woodland passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2024 at his home after a 10 year battle with multiple myeloma.
He was born on May 19, 1970 in Buffalo, NY, a son of the late Francis James Pallo Sr. and Esther Emigh.
Frank graduated from West Branch High School in 1988. He then held various positions at Accuweather for over 20 years.
Frank was an avid hunter and PSU Football fan. He also enjoyed watching movies, playing poker with friends, and was a very talented artist.
Frank loved his three girls and his grandchildren very much. His ability to always make people laugh will never be forgotten, and he will be greatly missed by his friends and family.
He is survived by his wife, Heather (Haines) Pallo whom he wed December 12, 2012; three daughters, Arielle Pelton and husband Zackery, Skyler Castillo and husband Estalin, and Finley Pallo; four grandchildren, Avery and Rhett Pelton, and Greyson and Benson Castillo; a sister, Faith Lucchesi De Boef and husband Tony; numerous nieces and nephews; and numerous aunts and uncles.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his cousin and close friend, Scott Mehallow; and numerous aunts and uncles.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Beardsley Funeral Home and Crematory, Clearfield on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at 6 PM.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4-6 PM.
