Jacob B. Schreffler, 74
of 306 Margaretta Street, Clearfield died on Thursday, June 6, 2002 at Altoona Hospital.
He was born on August 11, 1927 in Bellefonte, PA, a son of the late Carl and Edna (Jackson) Schreffler.
Mr. Schreffler was formerly employed in Florida at Bison, a manufacturer of vacuums. He had also worked at HRB Singer in State College.
A veteran of the US Army, he served during World War II.
He is survived by his wife, Clara M. (Dorman) Schreffler, whom he married February 16, 1948 in Frederick, MD

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son Jacob E. Schreffler, a brother Carl Schreffler and a sister Evanna Schaffer.
There will be no public visitation or funeral services. Interment will be in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA.
