James 'Dan' Ferguson, 51
of Clearfield died on Thursday, July 1, 2010 at his residence.
He was born on April 29, 1959 in Clearfield, a son of James A. Ferguson of Clearfield and the late Sally (Kephart) Ferguson Hallstrom.
Mr. Ferguson was formerly employed at TAFCO and a local gas company.
He was a member of the Search and Recovery Team with D & R Divers.
He served in the US Army from 1978 1980.
In addition to his father, he is survived by a daughter, Angel Bruce and husband Kenny of Mahaffey,
a step-daughter, Dana Myers of DuBois,
9 grandchildren,
and two sisters, Drena Merkel of South Whitehall Township and Dawn Kaplan of Allentown.
A memorial service will be held at the Trinity United Methodist Church, Clearfield on Tuesday at
4:00 P.M. with Pastor George W. Solley officiating.
The Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield is in charge of the arrangements.
