Jasmin Lorraine Martell,
infant daughter of Alishia Lorraine Luzier and Tyler Robert Martell of Clearfield died Sunday, June 20, 2010 at Clearfield Hospital.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her maternal grandparents, Raymond and Lisa Luzier of Woodland,
paternal grandmother, Kelly Michaels of Hyde,
maternal great grandparents, Tom and Mona Young of Woodland, Preston and Pauline Luzier of Clearfield,
paternal great grandmother, Diane Luzier of Clearfield,
two aunts and numerous great aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her paternal great grandfather, Robert Luzier.
Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family with Dr. Duane A. White officiating. Interment will be in the Bradford Cemetery, Woodland.
The Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield is in charge of the arrangements.
