Jeanne Sennett

Jeanne G. Sennett, 85 of Clearfield died on Thursday, December 18, 2008 at Ridgeview Elder Care Rehabilitation Center, Curwensville.

She was born on April 27, 1923 in Johnsonburg, a daughter of the late George F. and Bernice E. (Mohney) Gardner.

Mrs. Sennett was a homemaker.
She was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield and the Catholic Daughters of America Court #498.

She is survived by four children,
Michael A. Sennett of Williamsport
Ruth Ann Watson of Erie
Janice M. Eckrote and husband Nelson of Williamsport
Marcia L. Crotzer and husband Philip of Clearfield

six grandchildren, six great grandchildren, three step grandchildren and three step great grandchildren,

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas R. Sennett on August 28, 1987 and whom she married March 5, 1942; two brothers and two sisters, George Mohney Gardner, Keith E. Gardner, Enid Johnson and Nancy Maxine Flickinger.

Mass of Christian Burial will be said at St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield on Monday at 10:00 AM with Msgr. H. Desmond McGee, Jr. as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery, Clearfield.

Friends will be received at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Sunday, from 2-5:00 PM and on Monday, from 9-9:30 AM.

A Christian Vigil Service will be held at the funeral home on Sunday at 1:45 PM.
