Jedd Kurtis Collins, 20, of Clearfield died on Sunday, January 20, 2008 at his residence.
He was born on October 22, 1987 in Clearfield.
He graduated from Clearfield Area High School in 2006 and was formerly employed at Clearfield Machine Co.
He was a member of St. Timothy Catholic Church, Curwensville and attended Trinity United Methodist Church, Clearfield and Centre Grove United Methodist Church, Hyde.
Mr. Collins was a member of the Farrell Racing Team.
He walked for Relay for Life and also bowled for Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
He is survived by his mother, Kathy (Palmer) Gillen and her husband Randy of Curwensville and his father Martin Collins and his wife Donna of Clearfield,
Along with his parents, he is survived by his brothers, Martin, II and companion Janessa of Curwensville, Aaron and fiancee Julie of Curwensville, Eric of Curwensville, Ryan and girlfriend Desiree of Lock Haven, Randy, Jr. and companion Angela of Brockway; and a sister, Raquel of Curwensville; grandparents, William Gillen of Clearfield, Donald and Zaneth Casteel of Clearfield; his girlfriend, Megan Farrell of Clearfield; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ralph and Beverly Palmer, Evelyn Gillen, Gerald and Kathleen Collins; an uncle, Jed Collins; an aunt, Mary Gearhart; and a cousin, Kyle Billotte.
There will be no public visitation and funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, 121 S. 2nd Street, Clearfield PA 16830 or to the charity of one's choice,
