John L. Eamigh, Jr. 82
of Egypt Road, Woodland died on Monday, December 8, 2003 at Clearfield Hospital.
He was born on July 18, 1921 in Hyde, a son of the late John L. and Elizabeth (Drew) Eamigh, Sr.
Mr. Eamigh retired from the Harbison Walker Refractories in 1983.
He was Protestant by faith and served in the US Army during World War II.
On May 19, 1941 he wed the former Viola Dixon who survives along with
two children,

Peggy Materkowski all of Woodland
three grandsons,
John Eamigh IV and wife Amy
Brad Eamigh all of Woodland
Ronald Eamigh and wife Melissa Frenchville
6 great-grandchildren,
a brother and two sisters,
William Eamigh and wife Sue Eamigh Westerville, OH
Betty Baronak Clearfield
Silvia Bunzer Morrisdale
and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Friday at 11:00 A.M. with Mr. Kenneth J. Leonard officiating. Interment will follow in the Bradford Cemetery, Woodland.
Military honors will be accorded at the funeral home by the members of the Clearfield American Legion and VFW Posts.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from 4-8:00 PM.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 119 East Market Street, Clearfield PA 16830 or the American Diabetes Association , 116 S. Allegheny St., Room 309, Bellefonte PA 16823
