Josephine Pasquariello, 93, of Clearfield died on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at the Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College.
She was born on December 24, 1921 in Italy, a daughter of the late Samuel and Carmella (Giuffre) Toto.
Mrs. Pasquariello retired from Kents Sportswear in 1985. She had also been employed at McGregor Sportswear for 16 years, the Overall Factory for 13 years and was a member of the St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield
She is survived by three children, Edward Pasquariello and Sue of Clearfield, Linda Cryder and husband Jim of Pittsburgh and Dr. Rick D. Pasquariello and wife Cindy of State College; nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren; four siblings, Santo Toto and wife Angeline of Clearfield, Jean Young of Clearfield, James Toto and wife Antoinette 'Honey' of State College; and John Toto and wife Anna Marie of Clearfield; and a son-in-law, William Schiavi of State College.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Angelo D. Pasquariello on April 14, 2013 and whom she wed April 15, 1944 at St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Virginia Schiavi; a great grandson; and a sister, Sandora Young.
Mass of Christian burial will be said at the St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield on Wednesday at 10 AM with Father Brandon Kleckner as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery, Clearfield.
There will be no public visitation.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
