Judith C. Kitchen, 68, of Clearfield died on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at the Penn Highlands Clearfield.
She was born on November 20, 1952 in Clearfield, a daughter of the late Albert and Mabel (Peters) Muir.
Mrs. Kitchen retired from Clearfield Area School District after 45 years as a custodian. She also worked at the Elks for many years.
She was a great cook and loved her cat, Bub. Above all, she loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren, and loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by a daughter, Sherri Farmery of Munson; two sons, Firmin A. Kitchen Jr. and wife Elizabeth of Clearfield, and Brian Kitchen of Clearfield; seven grandchildren, Stephany Wallace, Danielle Farmery, Rebecca Farmery, Firmin Kitchen, III, Stella Kitchen, Lauryn Kitchen, and Leyla DeBlasio; three great-grandchildren, Nancy Graham, Hoyt Goss, and Darius Rougeux; a brother, Joe Muir and wife Mary of Florence, SC; a sister, Becky Smith and husband Tim of Frenchville; and a niece, Dawn Holt.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Firmin A. Kitchen on December 20, 2015 and whom she wed September 27, 1975 in Clearfield. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Dennis Muir.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
