She was born on July 24, 1948 in Woodland, PA a daughter of the late Willie O. and Lucille E. (Maines) Webber.
She is survived by two sisters, Lucille A. Moore of Lanse, PA and Lorreen A. Fosselman of The Woodlands, Texas and several nieces and nephews
Graveside services will be held at the Bradford Cemetery, Woodland on Thursday, August 2, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor W. Lee Casher officiating. Interment will follow at the cemetery.
The Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield is in charge of the arrangements
