Kenneth M. Livergood, 81, of Clearfield, died on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at Ridgeview Elder Care and Rehabilitation Center, Curwensville.
He was born on June 1, 1939 in Clearfield, a son of the late Omer P. and Alverda M. (Luzier) Livergood.
Mr. Livergood was employed with the Clearfield Hospital for nine years. Prior to that, he worked at the Ebensburg Center for the Mentally Retarded and at the former Clear Haven Nursing Home.
He was a member of Clearfield Alliance Church where he served as treasurer. He was also a member of the Girard Grange, Frenchville, the Eden Cemetery Association board, the Wellness Committee and the American Cancer Society, the Retired Senior Volunteer Program and a former volunteer for the American Red Cross. He was an active member of the Republican Party and was president of the Tenant's Association of the Henry E. Meyer Towers.
He is survived by two brothers, Charles Livergood and wife Barbara of Frenchville and Roy Livergood and wife Julia of Clearfield.
In honor of Kenneth's wishes, there will be no services held. Burial will be in the Eden Cemetery, Frenchville.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Clearfield Alliance Church, 45 Alliance Road, Clearfield, PA 16830.
