Lillian Strickland

Lillian N. Strickland, 71 of Clearfield died on Saturday, February 21, 2009 at her residence.

She was born on August 8, 1937 in Clearfield, a daughter of the late William J. and Naomi (Payton) Lyda.

Mrs. Strickland retired from FCI, formerly DuPont Electronics, Clearfield.
She was a member of the former St. John the Baptist Church, Clearfield.

She is survived by three children,

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Randolph Owen Strickland, Sr. on March 6, 1976 and whom she married July 16, 1957 in Chicago, IL and a sister Lucy Mae Lyda.

Funeral services will be held at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Saturday at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Robert Henry officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery, Clearfield.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM and on Saturday from
10-11:00 AM
