Lisa Cummings

Lisa Marie Cummings, 50, of Renovo passed away on Friday, January 26, 2024 at the Bucktail Medical Center, Renovo.

She was born on September 26, 1973 in Philipsburg, a daughter of Margaret (Bumbarger) Swatsworth and the late Melvin Bumbarger.

Lisa was a caretaker and CNA. In her free time, she enjoyed crafting, diamond paintings, and thrift shopping. Lisa loved to spend time with her grandchildren, and especially enjoyed collecting Minnie Mouse items with her granddaughter, Izzy.

She is survived by her husband, Gary Cummings whom she wed December 22, 2018; three daughters, Desarae James and companion Kyle Veihdeffer, Sabrina Bloom and husband Kyle, and Sherri James and companion Austin; a step son, Gary Cummings, Jr., and 8 grandchildren, Henry, Azen, Izlee, Justin, Tinsley, Riley, Isabella 'Izzy', and Wyatt.

Also surviving are her mother, Margaret Swatsworth and husband Richard; her sister, Tracy Kephart and husband William; step siblings, Candice Weindler and husband John, April Sekarek and husband Scott, David Swatsworth and husband Josh, Jason Swatsworth and wife Lori, Melody Allesander and husband Paul, and Jennifer Swatsworth; and five nephews, Storm Bumbarger, William Kephart, Jr., Zachary Kephart, Kyler Kephart, and Matthew Kephart.

She was preceded in death by her former husband, William Stevens on February 10, 2016. She was also preceded in death by her father, Melvin Bumbarger; brother, Martin; sister, Lori; and grandson, Holden.

Funeral services will be held at the Beardsley Funeral Home and Crematory, Clearfield on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at 1 PM with Rev. James Cutler officiating. Interment will follow in the Dale Cemetery, Woodland.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4-7 PM and Thursday from 12-1 PM.
