Louise E. Buck, 89

of Clearfield died on Wednesday, January 7, 2004 at Clearfield Hospital.

She was born on November 7, 1914 in Grampian, a daughter of the late Harry P. and Jesse (Doughman) Hepburn.

Mrs. Buck and her husband owned the former Hub Snack Bar. She also was previously employed at the former Laurel Discount, the Quaker Market and Buck's Cafe.
She was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church, the Rosary and Altar Society of the church and the Catholic Daughters of America, Court #498.

She is survived by four children,
Susan L. Buck Clearfield
Edward Buck Westminister, MD
Timothy Buck and his wife Ginny Hastings
Robert Buck San Antonio, TX

eight grandchildren, six great granddaughters and one great great granddaughter

a brother,
Robert Hepburn DuBois

and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward T. Buck on March 9, 1996 and whom she married November 10, 1934, a son Tom Buck, a daughter Karen Buck, a daughter-in-law Beverly Buck, brothers Aubrey and Harold Hepburn and sisters Margie Derrick, Marilyn Norrett, Sybil Snyder and infant sister .

Mass of Christian Burial will be said at St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield on Monday at 1:30 P.M. with Msgr. H. Desmond McGee, Jr. as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery, Clearfield.

Friends will be received at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Sunday from
2- 6 PM and on Monday from Noon until 1:00 PM.

A Christian Vigil Service will be said at the funeral home on Sunday at 4:00 PM.
