Mable Mcfarland

Mable A. McFarland, 83 of Clearfield died on Sunday, September 13, 2009 at Clearfield Hospital.

She was born on May 19, 1926 in Schenley, a daughter of the late Harry W. and Alverta (Macintosh) Sharp.

Mrs. McFarland was employed by Perry Centra Catering, Clearfield. She also worked as a caterer in Buffalo, NY.
Mrs. McFarland attended the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, Clearfield.

She is survived by four children,
Ernest McFarland of Clearfield
Mabel Mills and husband Tom of Depew, NY
Kitty Butler and fiance Perry Centra of Clearfield
Vicki Bratton and fiance Richard Jones of Kylertown

six grandchildren, four great grandchildren,

a sister and a brother,
Catherine Coder of Clearfield
David Sharp of Clearfield

and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth L. McFarland on December 22, 1989, a daughter Nancy McFarland, four sisters, Florence Saylor, Jesse Smith, Martha and Grace Sharp and five brothers Alvin, Harry, Frank and John Sharp and James Kougher.

Funeral services will be held at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Thursday at
9:00 AM with Dr. Duane A. White officiating. Interment will be in the Acacia Park, N.
Tonawanda, NY.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM.
