formerly of Fairfield, PA died on Monday, May 22, 2006 at Beverly Healthcare in Gettysburg.
She was born on October 16, 1912 in Clearfield, a daughter of the late Cecil P. and Julia (Sullivan) Leavy.
Ms. Leavy had worked for the United States Government in the Personnel Office.
She was a member of St. John's Catholic Church, McClean, VA and the Zonta Club.
Ms. Leavy was a graduate of Seaton Hill and Hunter College and served in the US Navy during World War II.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother James Leavy.
Mass of Christian Burial will be said at St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield on Friday at 10:00 A.M. with Msgr. H. Desmond McGee, Jr. as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery, Clearfield.
The Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield is in charge of the arrangements.
