Margaret M. Marino, 79
of 120 S. 4th St., Clearfield died on Monday, May 12, 2003 at Clearfield Hospital.
She was born on January 20, 1924 in Clearfield, PA, a daughter of the late Pio and Mary C. (Mandolia) DiSalvo.
Mrs. Marino retired from Best Jewelers in 1986 after 23 years of service.
She was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church, a member and band promoter of the Rosary and Altar Society of the church and a member and past officer of the Catholic Daughters of America Court #498.
She is survived by four children,

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Anthony Marino on July 26, 1984 and whom she married July 16, 1945 in Clearfield, and brothers Carl J. DiSalvo, Charles 'Buster' DiSalvo and sisters Rose Castagnolo and Mary Jane DiSalvo.
Mass of Christian Burial will be said at St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield on Saturday at 10:00 AM with Msgr. H. Desmond McGee as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery, Clearfield.
Friends will be received at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Friday from 5 - 9:00 PM.
On Friday at the funeral home, the rosary will be recited at 5:00 PM immediately followed by the Catholic Daughters of America memorial service and a Christian Vigil service will be said at 8:45 PM.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Clearfield Foundation for Health - Hospice , PO Box 992, Clearfield, the American Diabetes Association, Inc. , 4617 Winthrop Street, Pittsburgh PA 15213 or to the charity of ones choice.
