Margaret M. Parry, 82

formerly of Woodland died on Thursday, May 17, 2012 at the Ridgeview Elder Care and Rehabilitation Center, Curwensville.

She was born on April 21, 1930 in Akron, OH, a daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Duda) Biros.

Mrs.Parry was a homemaker. While living in California, she worked as a secretary and also in various school districts in the cafeteria.
She was a member of St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church, Hawk Run.

She is survived by three children, John Parry II and wife Linda of Monrovia, CA, Anna Marie Pifer of Lewisburg, TN, Kathy Schpak of Clearfield; five grandchildren, ten great grandchildren; and a sister, Alice Mallory of Myrtle Beach, SC.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John A. Parry on February 28, 1997 and whom she wed December 22, 1950 in Akron, OH. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Biros.

Requiem Divine Liturgy will be said at the St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church, Hawk Run on Monday at 11:00 am with Fr. Will Rupp officiating. Interment will follow in the Saint John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Cemetery, Hawk Run.

Friends will be received at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Monday from 9:00 am - 10:00 am.

A Panachida service will be recited at the funeral home on Monday at 9:45 am.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Clearfield Jefferson Community Mental Health Center, 600 Leonard Street, Clearfield.
