Marie R. Livergood, 80

of 403 Martin Street, Clearfield died on Wednesday, October 23, 2002 at Clearfield Hospital.

She was born on October 7, 1922 in Clearfield, PA, a daughter of the late Anthony L. and Catherine (Minahan) Raymond.

Mrs. Livergood was employed for over 25 years as legal secretary for Dan Arnold, Esquire, retiring in 1989.
She was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church.

She is survived by two daughters,
Anne M. Ortz and husband Kent Turkey City
Katie DeVore and husband Bradley Jamestown, NY

five grandchildren,
Samantha, Miranda, James and Kevin Ortz and Bradley DeVore

a sister,
Helen Klinar and husband Karl Columbia, SC

and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J. Earl Livergood on April 11, 1968, brothers Charles A. Raymond, Timothy E. Raymond, William J. Raymond and a sister Betty R. Trexler.

Mass of Christian Burial will be said at St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield on Saturday at 9:00 AM with Msgr. H. Desmond McGee, Jr. as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery, Clearfield.

Friends will be received at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Friday from
2-4 and 6-8:00 PM.

On Friday at the funeral home, a Christian Vigil service will be recited at 3:45 PM and the Rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to St. Francis School, 230 S. Second Street, Clearfield, the American Cancer Society, 119 E. Market Street, Clearfield or to the Circle of Friends of Hospice, % Annie Lumadue 29 West Pauline Drive, Clearfield PA 16830.
